Kathleen Wynne concedes she will not be Ontario's Premier after June 7
Tory leader Doug Ford had promised that his party would release a fully costed platform before the election on June 7

On Wednesday, Wynne made a campaign stop at a Stelco steel plant where she attacked both New Democrat Leader Andrea Horwath and the Progressive Conservatives' Doug Ford as unyielding ideologues without the experience to fend off the threat of American steel tariffs.
So, for the next few days I will campaign hard to elect as many Liberals as possible. After Thursday, I will no longer be Ontario's Premier.
Provincial support could take the form of worker training or education but the Liberal party is still figuring out how to best support the industry if the tariffs persist, Wynne said. "It's probably bad news for the New Democrats to the extent that it has an effect".
Local Liberal candidates are praising Wynne for taking a stepping back, and making this election less about herself. For this reason, many voters are anxious about handing a blank cheque to either Doug Ford or the NDP. Polling aggregates and projections for weeks have been showing the PC's leading with the most seats with the NDP forming the Official Opposition.
And to repeat - all the riding boundaries have changed.
People should know what Ford's plans are, what he's going to cut and what services might be at risk, the NDP leader said. The Conservative party and Green Party had not commented on working with scale-ups at the time of the report's release. I don't believe this is a man that people want to hand Ontario over to without putting him on the shortest of short leashes. Communities change rapidly and even political parties change names, policies and campaign styles from year to year. That might give us some idea where they will move if they leave their preferred alternative.
Former Toronto mayor Mel Lastman has endorsed PC Leader Doug Ford and his team seven days before the province's voters head to the polls to choose their next government.
The credit card of the Ontario government is being declined by the voters. "It's to ensure Doug Ford doesn't [form] a majority government", she said.
Let's get it right this time and go to vote. If the NDP wins a majority, they'll hike taxes and kill jobs. (Of course, we were surprised in 1990 when the NDP captured a solid majority with under 39 per cent of the popular vote.) If there is a majority government, it seems most likely it will be Conservative.
"I don't know what Doug Ford thinks about the Pride parade, I don't know what he thinks about a lot of things".
Wynne will still be premier until a new government is sworn in.
In her latest campaign strategy, Wynne has addressed that fact that she is not well liked.
Ford's claim to be "for the people" is just a "facade", she said.
