Richie Incognito has been placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after he threw a dumbbell at a man at his gym and said the government was trying to get him.

TMZ is reporting the alleged victim is claiming Incognito threw a tennis ball and a dumbbell at him.

TMZ said Incognito was "rambling about the government and screaming at the man to 'get off my (expletive) playground.'" That's when the police were called. He then told the police that he had taken an over-the-counter supplement called "Shroom Tech" and showed the police that his hands were shaking heavily.

"He started yelling at me like he was going to kick my ass and beat the [expletive] out of the equipment over here", O'Brien said in the 911 call regarding the incident obtained by the Herald.

Mark, who did not recognize Incognito at the time, said he had "seemed upset" and was only doing each workout for five to six seconds.

CBS Sports reports that Incognito then told police that he couldn't disclose information about his phone because they didn't have "high enough clearance".

Injured In Noblesville West Middle School Shooting In Indiana
That's when Seaman tackled the shooter and swatted the gun away from him, possibly saving others from getting injured. One victim is an adult teacher, and the other is a juvenile student, authorities confirmed.

"The 6'3", 320-pounder was not arrested and officers did not believe he had the intentions to hurt anyone, but "without care or treatment, there was a substantial likelihood Incognito would cause serious bodily harm to himself or others as evidenced by recent behavior", per the incident report.

"I'm definitely not a choir boy", Incognito said.

Incognito told police: "I'm running NSA class level 3 documents through my phone".

In the wake of a report that detailed his harassment of Martin, which included racist remarks, Incognito spent a year and a half out of the National Football League before the Bills signed him for the 2015 season.

Another positive with Incognito is that with his age, and the fact that he just retired, he won't be able to demand more than a one-year contract which is a good news for the Vikings who are looking to extend Stefon Diggs, Danielle Hunter and Anthony Barr. But the Bills released him from their reserved/retired list Monday, leaving open the possibility he could sign with another team. He had previously restructured his contract with the team before announcing his retirement.
