The United States and Britain on Monday accused Russian Federation of launching cyber attacks on computer routers, firewalls and other networking equipment used by government agencies, businesses and critical infrastructure operators around the globe. The main advice offered to companies and individuals was to make sure router software was up to date and passwords were secure.

A rare joint conference was held by the senior security officials of the United Kingdom and the U.S. to blame the Kremlin for targeting the government institutions, private sector organizations, and infrastructure.

The United Kingdom and the United States have accused Russian Federation of instigating a malicious cyber-attack, which affected "millions of machines", including those in hundreds Australian businesses.

"The UK Government will continue to work with the USA, other global allies and industry partners to expose Russia's unacceptable cyber behaviour, so they are held accountable for their actions", PA quoted NCSC chief executive Ciaran Martin as saying.

"For over twenty years, GCHQ has been tracking the key Russian cyber-attack groups and today's joint UK-US alert shows that the threat has not gone away".

Rates of serious side effects were similar, but twice as many in the Keytruda group dropped out because of them. One Yale patient who has survived for eight years took the drug for two years and has remained well ever since.

Officials said that Kremlin-backed aggressors have accessed computer routers around the world as part of a cyber espionage campaign that targeted government agencies, businesses and critical infrastructure operators.

"Grizzly Steppe": The US Department of Homeland Security separately said the attack was part of a larger Russian-backed operation called "Grizzly Steppe". We'll continue to expose Russia's unacceptable cyber behaviour, so they're held accountable for what they do, and to help government and industry protect themselves.

Russian Federation was threatening the USA and Britain's safety and security, the two countries said in their joint statement.

"Cyber is only one part of the wider worldwide response".

Vital transport links, water supplies, gas networks, banks, hospitals and air traffic control could be targeted following the US-led strikes, The Mirror reports.
