Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday inaugurated National Legislators Conference in the Central Hall of the Parliament in Delhi. The Conference aims at providing a platform to Members of Parliament, Legislative Assemblies and Legislative Councils across the country to share their experiences and to develop a perspective on developmental issues in the light of sustainable development Goals. He also said, public participation is always helpful and wherever officials have worked with people and involved them in the development process, the results are transformative.

He said development in the 115 "aspirational" districts would be a work of social justice and if.

# "The word "backward" must not be used for any district - we need to make an atmosphere of "forward" in the country".

He said development in 115 aspirational district was social justice.

Rest of the 115 districts are hit by left-wing extremism, PM Modi said. These districts, he felt, should not be seen as ones where anybody could be posted. The video has been shared on Facebook by an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) group called Aap Ka Kashyap with the title saying or rather making fun of the recent political developments in India where the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) withdrew its two ministers from the Union Cabinet led by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). He said the nation already has manpower, skill and resources, all it needs is to work on mission mode to bring about the positive change.

He said it is necessary to identify the reasons for backwardness of these districts and once it is done, then problems of 80-85 of them can be addressed easily in a similar manner troubles afflicting a diabetic person are cured once his disease is found out. Where this has happened, things have changed, he said.
