Lisa Clough, a spokeswoman for the hospital, confirmed the incident happened Tuesday.

The nearly six-minute video, which was posted on social media and quickly went viral, opens with Baraka talking to four security guards who are seen pushing an empty wheelchair back toward the University of Maryland Medical Center after leaving a woman at the bus shelter on Wednesday night.
The union that represents hospital workers, including University of Maryland's midtown campus, said that hospital workers sometimes have to manage a delicate balance of providing good care while protecting their workers. She had been missing 10 days, Baraka said the woman's mom told him.
Baraka was able to contact the woman's mother, who told him her daughter was 22-years-old.
In the second video, he is heard off camera trying to comfort the woman and trying to get her to sit down on the bench at a bus stop.
Baraka emphasized how he felt the hospital and ambulance personnel acted irresponsibly in regards to her situation.
