Burnley slump in EPL continues with 1-0 loss at Palace

Crystal Palace to make a move for La Liga star: A Wise Choice By Hodgson? Crystal Palace hoping to seal Guaita deal in coming days

Crystal Palace continued their revival with a 1-0 win over Burnley on Saturday.

Sako scored the victor against Burnley by side-stepping defender Phil Bardsley and driving a powerful shot past goalkeeper Nick Pope for his seventh goal of the season.

Palace have now suffered just one defeat in their last 12 league matches and while there will still be some moments of anxiety, mainly in the closing stages as another priceless win was so tantalisingly close, this was another performance to warm the hearts of the South London faithful. In other circumstances the airing of this particular surname might have been a plea to the club's executives to sign Diafra Sakho, the West Ham striker whom Palace have been led to believe is...

And while Barnes came within inches of poking the ball past Hennessey, and Benteke hit the side netting, the game ended in favour of Palace, who edged further away from the relegation places with this massive three points. "He was in the team on merit - he chipped in with a goal, a good goal".

It also accuses the USA of using a trade-panel voting system that's biased against foreigners. Brian Higgins of Buffalo and Elise Stefanik of Essex County are teaming up to oppose a U.S.

"I have a very positive feeling about our group of players, we have a talented squad, as our results have shown, so I think we will continue to do well but we have to be on it every week".

Dyche added: "We've had a tough spell over Christmas, the team with injuries but also the fine, fine margins - we were a referee's decision - two probably - away from beating Manchester United and then a referee's decision away from beating Huddersfield and you don't get those points and it looks different". We didn't really deal with that.

However, while the latter's will not require any form of operation, Schlupp is set to go under the knife and, more worrying is the amount of time he would spend on the sidelines with Hodgson "talking months rather weeks". We haven't got enough points on the board over the last five or six games and yet the performances have been similar. He's sat tight on an offer so we'll keep open minds, as will he I hope, to what comes next.
