The letter comes on the heels of last week's alarming tweets from President Trump in which he boasted about having a "much bigger and more powerful" nuclear button on his desk than North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Washington (CNN)US President Donald Trump would not say on Thursday whether he has talked with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, saying he "probably" has a good relationship with the rogue leader.

Trump told the newspaper a decision by the United States and South Korea to postpone military exercises until after next month's Winter Olympics in South Korea "sends a good message to North Korea".

And when US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said there had been back channel communications with North Korea, Mr Trump publicly admonished him by saying any efforts to negotiate with "wasting his time" in trying to negotiate with Kim.

North and South Korea held their first talks in two years on Tuesday.

While Moon praised Trump and the global community for putting pressure on North Korea, leading them to reach out for talks, he also warned that the pressure "could raise tensions and bring about unintentional clashes".

Under-the-hood, the U11 EYEs will be powered by a mid-range Snapdragon 652 octa-core chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM. Other specs which have gotten leaked include IP67 certification against dust and water and a USB Type-C port.

But Moon signaled Wednesday that he remains united with the U.S.by agreeing with Trump's own assessment for why the talks happened. Moon's office said that Trump promised not to take military action against North Korea while the inter-Korea talks are ongoing.

The US and North Korea have been estranged diplomatically for nearly a decade, and in November Mr Trump's administration categorised the country as a state sponsor of terror.

The Canadian government has organized the meeting in Vancouver on January 16 for various countries to come up with an worldwide response to North Korea's nuclear weapons and missile program. Kim called the 71-year-old American president "the mentally deranged US dotard".

He refuted a Wall Street Journal report that said he was contemplating a strike against North Korea. I could give you 20 examples. Moon agreed Wednesday that Kims decision to start a dialogue with the South could be a sign that the Trump administrations policy of applying maximum sanctions and pressure was working.

North Korea should be banned from all Olympic games.

"If North Korea engages in provocations again or does not show sincerity in resolving this issue, the worldwide community will continue applying strong pressure and sanctions".
