The latest issue, according to reports on Twitter, Reddit, and 9to5Mac's comment section, appears to be related to crackling and buzzing coming from the earpiece speaker...

If you're the proud owner of a brand new iPhone X, you're going to want to make sure the device stays inside a warm environment. This will be addressed in an upcoming software update. The iPhone X starts at $999 for the variant with 64 GB of storage and goes to $1,149 for the version with 256 GB of storage. This is likely due to issues with the manufacturing process required to get the stainless-steel band to match the color of the gold-colored back, so there's good reason for Apple to have not released a gold iPhone X.

Apple surely hopes the problem is not widespread, especially as the weather is just starting to get cold in large parts of the country. However, there are users who have reported the issue occurring at lower volume levels, even around 50% volume. The company had also informed users that the same OLED display could show blue tints at acute viewing angles and slight visual changes over time. As per Mac World, users have reported screen burn in issue in which "if a static image is displayed for a long time it burns into the screen and you're left with a faint but persistent after-image that you can't remove". So, if your handset has a unusual green line on it, contact the retailer and demand for a replacement. Incidentally, the Apple Support twitter account responded to the tweet promptly and we can only assume that the issue is being looked into as we speak.
