KUTV reported that on October 2, Tannah Butterfield, a sixth-grader at American Heritage School in South Jordan, Utah, was informed that a judge approved her foster parents' petition to adopt her and her two younger siblings.

Video captured the precious moment when school office manager, Jackie Alexander, told Butterfield that her foster family completed her permanent adoption. "There's joy that happens every day".

"[Jen Fisher] had called to tell me that everything had went well in court that day, that Jeff and her were going to adopt her and the rights were [removed] from the biological parents", Alexander said.

"I cry as I type this", she added.

Jennifer Fisher says "I just idea gracious, my gosh". In 12 years at this activity, this is by a wide margin my best minute ever!

The military has repeatedly delayed a vote since seizing power in 2014, citing concerns such as changes to the constitution and security issues, reports BBC.

Alexander thought the moment was so lovely that she got Fisher's permission and shared the video on social media.

Butterfield's foster parents had been fighting to adopt the three children for a few years, and were finally granted permission by a judge. I can't even describe that hug ... and thank heavens her mom doesn't mind that I kissed her a million times, and a million more after the film cuts off.

"I was overjoyed and humbled", Alexander told 1010 WINS about being able to tell the family such incredible news.

"I've been overwhelmed that my simple thoughts of a sweet moment have gone so viral", Alexander said. "My heart was so happy, it was like, 'Ahhh!' It was screaming".
