Wagstaffe said the boy's mother, Sarah Lockner, 25, was working as a cashier at the McDonald's restaurant on September 4 when she complained of stomach pain, according to The Los Angeles Times.

According to prosecutors, Lockner was at work when she began to complain of stomach pains and visited the bathroom numerous times, CBS reports.

The floor was covered in blood leading up to the toilet, where Lockner could be seen pressing a newborn child face first into the bowl while trying to flush it down, San Mateo County District Attorney's Office claims. They allege that Lockner had her hand on the infant's back and the other women heard the toilet flush. The arrest report alleges that Lockner told the coworker not to call police.

When police arrived, they found the baby in Lockner's arms, but the newborn was not breathing and had no pulse.

"Her boyfriend said he did not know either, and none of her co-workers knew", Chief Deputy District Attorney Karen Guidotti told The Mercury News.

Lockner has been jailed on $11 million bail and has also been charged with one count of assault on a child becoming paralyzed.

Nordin then easily made a 49-yard field goal with only 4 seconds remaining in the second period to put MI up 9-6 at intermission. Running back Ty Isaac does have nine carries for 61 rushing yards, but MI is now being outrushed as a team by the Falcons.

According to The Daily Journal, when the newborn arrived at the hospital doctors anxious that he would die and had to put him in a medically induced coma. Though medical professionals were initially concerned the child would not live, the baby has since then been taken off life support and is expected to survive while receiving care, according to prosecutors.

Lockner tried to dismiss the bloody mess and blamed it on a heavy period, prosecutors said. The newborn baby is now out of a medically induced coma and stable but it's unknown whether he will have any neurological damage.

She later told officers that she had not known she was pregnant until she gave birth.

She went to the bathroom multiple times during her shift.

"I had no issues with her", said neighbor Nathan Naidu.
